Want to lead a strategic public sector initiative? Join our client, as a Project Manager overseeing a high-impact European tendering process for a major software implementation and migration project.

Work with a forward-thinking provincial government on a mission-critical digital transformation. You'll lead complex tendering efforts, coordinate stakeholders, and shape the future of public sector IT infrastructure - all while applying your expertise in project management and integration.

What you'll be doing:

Tendering Leadership (Primary Focus):

• Lead and coordinate European tendering processes (5+ completed tenders required)
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure proper documentation
• Align tendering strategy with organizational and political sensitivities

Project Oversight & Integration:

• Oversee software implementation and migration projects (10+ years' experience)
• Ensure smooth data and system integration (APIs, middleware, ESB)
• Apply certified project management methodologies (IPMA, PRINCE2)

• Proven experience in public sector projects and European tendering
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and IT systems
• Dutch fluency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
• Availability for 32 hours/week from contract award date

• Length: 6+ months (extension possible into implementation phase)
• Workload: Part-time (32 hours/week)
• Location: Netherlands - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)
