Job summary

Blue Lynx Employment BV is seeking a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor to join a globally recognised energy corporation in The Hague. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and expertise in Excel automation and Power BI.

The role includes developing workforce planning processes, forecasting demand, and partnering with leaders to align strategies. You will also provide insights into the labour market to enhance workforce plans. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and training opportunities, is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR strategy roles.
• Expert proficiency in Excel (including automation/macros) and Power BI.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry or Hays preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve workforce planning processes integrating internal and external insights.
• Develop, automate, and maintain workforce planning reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Forecast workforce demand considering business growth and market trends.
