Adaptfy, a data and analytics leader, invites you to join our Amsterdam team as a Business Intelligence Associate. You will build Power BI reports, translate client needs into technical solutions, and tackle complex data modelling in a fast-growing environment.

You will facilitate workshops, present your solutions to executives, and collaborate with a diverse, international team. The role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and a modern office setting in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI design and development.
• Strong data modelling skills with Azure experience.
• Experience with PowerApps/Power Automate is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI reports that are visually appealing, fast, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Translate client needs into the right technical approach.
• Tackle technical problems with strong DAX and data modelling.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops.
• Present solutions to executives and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
