Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to drive 12‑week forecasting and proactive workforce insights across EUK. You will lead a team of Resource Planners, collaborate with Service Directors and Talent Acquisition, and ensure optimized deployment of talent across accounts and sectors.

The role focuses on data‑driven decision making, capacity planning, and continuous improvements in planning data quality and processes to support delivery and growth for Arcadis clients in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the EUK or similar markets.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate forecasts into actionable insights for Service Directors and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Strong analytics skills with capability to interpret workforce data, trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast and highlight supply-demand variance.
• Establish proactive data-driven resource forecasts for actionable decisions.
• Lead recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize talent deployment across accounts and sectors for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs plan and drive performance improvements.
