Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to drive workforce agility across EUK, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts and maximizing productivity. You will lead a team of Resource Planners and partner with Service Directors to optimize talent deployment.

The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management to align demand with supply and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the EUK.
• Strong analytics and data-driven approach to forecast accuracy and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of resource planners and to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize agility of talent across accounts and sectors, balancing resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable vs planned time and drive productivity improvements.
• Lead and develop the Resource Planning team and provide capability building.
