Job summary

Eswelt B.V is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead for Zuid-Holland. The role focuses on optimizing Employee Central, HR data quality, and reporting with strong SQL and Power BI skills.

You will collaborate with international HR, IT and Data stakeholders to deliver improvements in workflows, incidents handling, and HR analytics. Start ASAP for ~7 months (32–40 hours/week) with market-competitive rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Time-Off and Reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience with HR data and data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SuccessFactors Core HR processes.
• Deliver improvements in workflows, RBP, reporting and data.
• Coordinate incidents, changes and tickets.
• Perform HR data analysis and data quality checks using SQL.
• Develop HR reporting using SuccessFactors, SQL and Power BI.
• Work closely with international HR, IT and Data stakeholders.
