Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to shape demand and capacity across the EUK region. You will own the 12-week forecast, build proactive workforce insights, and lead a team of Resource Planners to drive productivity and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting within EUK or similar environment.
• Ability to translate regional service forecasts into actionable planning insights.
• Strong analytics with forecast vs actual, utilization and demand variance.
• Proven collaboration with regional directors and Talent Acquisition partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast, highlighting supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize talent agility across accounts and sectors, optimizing named resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable vs planned time and drive data quality improvements.
• Escalate risks to leadership and regional directors as needed.
