Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational transformation, HR transformation, consultancy, or operational leadership in scaling environments.
• Experience in recruitment and managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Comfortable operating in evolving and unstructured environments.
• Ability to switch between strategic design and hands-on execution.

• Support managing director in translating strategy into organisational design.
• Drive transformation initiatives across HR and organisational development.
