Job summary

Kadex B.V. in Wijchen, Netherlands, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Supply & Production Planner to oversee materials flow, production planning and logistics. You will manage POs, ERP data, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain service levels and cost efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in planning or purchasing, experience with ERP (Exact/SAP), and fluency in Dutch and English. Hybrid work model and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operational purchasing, inventory management, material planning, or related supply chain function.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Exact and/or SAP, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, business administration, supply chain, purchasing, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken, with experience in international environment with global suppliers.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, follow up on supplier confirmations, and ensure timely delivery of materials for production and warehouse operations.
• Plan in-house production, run MRP, and maintain production and inventory data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, including goods receipt registration, transport bookings, inventory counting, and stock management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively manage supply chain risks, delivery performance, and product lifecycle changes.
• Support continuous improvement by maintaining organization standards and assist with in-house assembly and testing activities when required.
