Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during RFP/bid cycles. You will bridge sales, medical and operations to ensure seamless project execution and support sales throughout the business development process.

You will lead a virtual, cross-functional team, drive data-driven project strategies, and guide project leaders to present the strategy to clients and internal stakeholders. English and Mandarin proficiency are required.

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to develop tailored project strategies.
• Drive long-term implementation strategies by scanning therapeutic and operational landscape.
• Stay informed on current and future market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Act as champion for project centricity and enable project delivery teams on awarded projects.
• Guide and mentor Project Leaders to confidently present strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and related trainings and preparations.
• Lead or participate in customer meetings or bid defense as required.
• Identify quality issues within studies and support corrective/preventive actions.
