Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of international clients within the Tech division. You are the primary commercial contact, responsible for contract and revenue development, invoicing, and coordinating change initiatives with operations and support teams to deliver value.

• Bachelor working and thinking level, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Experience in a similar account management or contract management role within contract logistics.
• Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• A proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing customer relationships within a complex contract logistics environment.
• Analyzing and improving SLA performance, KPIs, and commercial results.
• Leading MBRs/QBRs and translating data into concrete improvement actions.
• Identifying commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract expansions, and service improvements.
• Managing contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements.
