Job summary

Arvato SE in Echt, Limburg, Netherlands is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end performance of a large-scale, high-tech warehouse operation and lead a team of experienced professionals.

You will drive KPI performance on productivity, quality and cost, manage multiple high-tech customers, and report to the Business Director as part of the local MT, shaping site development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in a (contract) logistics environment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing managers within an operation.
• Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).
• Experience with continuous improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Full operational responsibility for multiple high-tech customers within the warehouse environment.
• Driving performance on KPIs such as productivity, quality, service and cost (TCO).
• Leading and developing 3 Warehouse Managers and their teams.
• Initiating and delivering cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects across the operation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring collaboration across departments.
