Job summary

ADAMA Deutschland GmbH in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Supply Chain Business Partner to shape strategy and deliver end-to-end value. You will partner with the Business Unit Head to drive transformations, improve service levels, inventory turns, and working capital while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record of S&OP and digital initiatives. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior Supply Chain leadership roles.
• Experience leading S&OP, Supply & Demand Planning and cross-functional business partnering.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations within a matrix organisation.
• Proven success delivering business transformation, digital initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience with digital planning / AI forecasting tools is desirable.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
• Fluent English; Dutch advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain agenda for the Business Unit, aligning priorities with capabilities.
• Own end-to-end Supply Chain performance, improving service, inventory, cost and working capital.
• Lead the S&OP process with Commercial, Finance, Operations and Regulatory teams.
• Champion digital transformation with Salesforce, AI forecasting and advanced analytics.
• Drive regional transformation initiatives within EAME strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing eight-person team.
