Job summary

FrieslandCampina invites a Global S&OP Development and Transformation Manager to join the Global S&OP Development Team in Amersfoort. You will shape the S&OP 2.0 blueprint, drive process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

Strong English communication and a willingness to travel are essential. The role requires a multi-year commitment to rolling out S&OP globally, including travel to FrieslandCampina locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience.
• Academic degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Deep understanding of the customer supply chain within FMCG; RFC Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP, including S&OE and related planning areas; commercial site and Demand Planning experience is a plus.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and translating concepts into practical solutions.
• Expertise in defining business processes, change management, roles/responsibilities, technology and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Dutch optional.

Responsibilities

• Be co-responsible for the design, implementation, and rollout of the S&OP 2.0 blueprint across FrieslandCampina.
• Develop the S&OP blueprint to the next level, translating best practices into practical solutions for different Business Groups and OpCos.
• Localise the S&OP process blueprint to fit business needs and enable data-driven decisions; ensure data availability and support people/process transitions.
• Lead the periodic S&OP maturity assessment, run workshops and trainings, and resolve issues to optimise local processes.
• Act as primary contact for multiple Business Groups and OpCos and support their S&OP development journey.
