Job summary

ADAMA Northern Europe B.V. is seeking a Supply Chain Business Partner based in Amsterdam to lead supply chain operations and implement strategic processes. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within a multinational/matrix environment.
• Strong people leadership with a positive track record of managing direct and indirect reports.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

• Lead and implement core Supply Chain processes aligned with our operating model and blueprint.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team committed to success.
• Optimize resource usage to deliver a customer centric and efficient supply chain.
• Foster a customer-centric culture through robust processes and effective tools.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all supply chain areas.
• Align supply planning with commercial forecasts to maximize product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels using key performance indicators.
• Champion and implement initiatives that support both local and regional (EAME) supply chain projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Introduce best practices and improvements across supply and distribution operations.
• Identify supply risks and propose strategic mitigation plans.
• Set and deliver performance goals, including cost reductions, inventory targets, and efficiency gains.

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Business Partner to lead supply chain operations across our Business Unit. You’ll champion our end-to-end supply chain transformation, focusing on efficiency, customer service, and business alignment.

As the S&OP leader for the unit, you will drive key functions such as supply and demand planning, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and supply chain finance. This is a critical role in shaping and executing supply chain strategy in support of business goals.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within a multinational/matrix environment.
• Strong people leadership with a positive track record of managing direct and indirect reports.
• Skilled in change management and business transformation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
