Job summary

ADAMA Deutschland GmbH in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Supply Chain Business Partner to shape strategy and deliver end-to-end value. You will partner with the Business Unit Head to drive transformations, improve service levels, inventory turns, and working capital while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record of S&OP and digital initiatives. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior Supply Chain leadership roles.
• Experience leading S&OP, Supply & Demand Planning and cross-functional business partnering.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations within a matrix organisation.
• Proven success delivering business transformation, digital initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience with digital planning / AI forecasting tools is desirable.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
• Fluent English; Dutch advantageous but not essential.

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Business Partner to join our EAME leadership team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll partner directly with the Business Unit Head to shape strategy, lead transformation, and deliver measurable business value across the end-to-end supply chain.

What you will be doing

As a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, you will:

• Lead the Supply Chain agenda for the Business Unit, aligning commercial priorities with operational capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end Supply Chain performance, driving improvements in customer service, inventory, cost, working capital and overall business performance.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together Commercial, Finance, Operations and Regulatory teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Champion digital transformation by leveraging tools such as Salesforce, AI forecasting solutions and advanced analytics to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy and customer experience.
• Drive regional transformation initiatives as a key contributor to the EAME Supply Chain strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of eight Supply Chain professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

You'll be a commercially minded Supply Chain leader with:

• Proven experience in senior Supply Chain leadership roles.
• A strong track record of leading S&OP, Supply & Demand Planning and cross-functional business partnering.
