Organon in Amsterdam is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to manage supply chain execution activities supporting the Commercial Organization. You will coordinate material movement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure reliable order fulfillment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP expertise, and fluent English. You will liaise with customers and internal teams, participate in S&OP processes, and provide backup coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to independently solve straightforward problems and collaborate on complex issues.
• Proactive with initiative and clear communication about operations.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Advanced SAP skills and proficiency with data and master records.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize relationships with external and internal partners, including 3PLs and distributors.
• Oversee 3PL and distributor customer service teams on warehousing and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely receipt and accurate processing of customer forecasts and orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on supply and demand topics, including escalations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve escalated supply issues with planning teams, sites, and customers.
• Maintain and improve standard reporting on demand, supply, master data, and inventory.
