Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks a Supply Chain Development Manager to lead the AFH Pod. You will steer a small team of project managers, drive complex supply chain initiatives, and manage senior stakeholder expectations across Europe.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and English fluency (additional language is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in supply chain.
• Experience in both project management and operations.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• English and preferably a third language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2 project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful project execution.
• Lead and deliver high complexity projects and oversee the delivery of projects of direct reports, including new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of AFH, peers, BUs, and senior leadership.
• Inform and update the Growth LT and key stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and KPIs.
• Be the voice of Supply Chain in all AFH related topics and ensure projects are feasible and efficient from a SC perspective.
• Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts to provide additional support and expertise as needed.
• Align team efforts with the overall AFH Pod strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
