The role owns key cross-functional relationships, manages the pallet consultancy, advances the sustainability agenda, and delivers complex cross-market projects to raise logistics capability across the region.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong experience working across functions, teams, and geographies in a matrix environment.
• Ability to lead forums and discussions that create alignment, ownership, and action.
• Experience driving improvement initiatives or projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-market and more complex logistics projects from opportunity identification through execution and follow-up.
• Drive the regional sustainability agenda within logistics with measurable progress.
• Manage the pallet consultancy relationship with clear priorities and value delivery.
• Track logistics performance themes and surface risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support sharing and scaling best practices across markets to improve efficiency and ways of working.
