Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Ops Projects & Capex Manager in Amsterdam to drive Capex planning, reporting and delivery across EPDM.

You will lead a European CAPEX team, coordinate cycles, and partner with operations, supply chain and factory teams to ensure timely, accurate and actionable insights. The role demands strong analytical skills, 5-7 years in Finance, and a hands-on approach to improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in Finance (FP&A, Operations) with a track record in CAPEX or project reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to challenge stakeholders and translate data into insights.
• Solid knowledge of P&L and balance sheet for factories.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own EPDM monthly Capex reporting cycle, annual budget and 3-year plan.
• Lead and coordinate the European CAPEX team with high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate CAPEX planning cycles aligning business needs, targets and approvals.
• Provide visibility on CAPEX performance with spend, phasing, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, FP&A and factory teams.
• Drive improvements in Capex reporting tools, processes, and ways of working.
