Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in operations, footprint optimization, or strategic supply chain roles.
• Experience in data-analytics, optimization and simulation projects; PowerBi, Python, Llamasoft a plus.
• Bachelor's or master's in Engineering/Operations Research/Supply Chain Management/Business Analytics/Finance.
• Strong analytical, modelling and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across regions including cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and distribution footprint projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and run optimization models (with Llamasoft or similar) and assess end-to-end network capacities.
• Drive business recommendations with operational, financial and strategic impact.
• Identify and support CAPEX projects related to Capacity and Innovation packages.
• Collaborate with global teams to align Capacity Strategic Plans with org objectives.
