Job summary

ChainCraft is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to build and scale the FS1 supply chain from the ground up. You will report to the COO and collaborate with Operations, Commercial and engineering to design end-to-end processes, manage international contract manufacturing, and establish efficient storage, planning and KPI systems.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of experience in supply chain management within international chemical/ingredients industry.
• Experience building supply chains from ground up in an environment without existing structure.
• Proven track record with contract manufacturing, tolling, and external production partners.

Responsibilities

• Design a pragmatic production planning and S&OP process for a multi-stream chemical facility.
• Set up tank planning and inventory management across raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Establish contract manufacturing partnerships and manage logistics, customs, registrations and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering on FS1 layout, storage vs. production capacity planning, and transportation frequency.
• Define KPIs and IT requirements to provide leadership visibility over volumes, delivery performance and yields.
