Job summary

Frencken, a global high-tech manufacturing group, is seeking an Escalation Manager Supply Chain to lead critical escalations affecting production and customer commitments in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional escalation teams, drive root-cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure timely recovery of supply flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or program management within a high-tech environment.
• Proven experience managing supplier performance and complex escalations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material planning, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why) and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate critical supply chain escalations with potential production impact.
• Drive cross-functional escalation teams and align stakeholders on recovery plans.
• Manage supplier escalations and enforce corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs and report on escalation trends and recovery progress.
