Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business control, FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in supply chain controlling, operations finance, or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to bring structure and clarity.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a fit-for-purpose planning and control cycle for supply chain spend, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with the COO and Head of Operations to provide financial insights and control of spend.
• Translate financial results into meaningful insights and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Build and evaluate business cases for operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse cost drivers across the supply chain and develop scalable reporting and planning processes.
• Support the broader Business Control team across the full planning and control cycle.
• Increase financial awareness across operational teams by making finance accessible and actionable.
