Job summary

ChainCraft is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to own external narrative and drive positioning during a critical growth phase. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the Head of Business Development and the commercial team, shaping messaging across channels and stakeholders.

You will build thought leadership for circular chemistry, translate milestones into credible narratives, and ensure ChainCraft is findable and credible to customers, investors, and policymakers.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in B2B marketing communications, preferably in chemical/adjacent industries.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the external narrative and positioning across customers, investors, partners, policymakers and industry.
• Translate complex science and progress into credible, data-backed narratives for investors and partners.
• Build thought leadership and drive digital visibility (LinkedIn, industry events, publications).
• Support the commercial team with compelling materials: whitepapers, case studies, event content.
