ING is seeking a Sourcing & Category Manager for Insurance, Marketing & Media in the Netherlands to lead global category strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk management. You will collaborate with the Global Category Lead and ING stakeholders to drive value and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Work Experience >6 years in Procurement at a strategic level in international financial services.
• >5 years Category experience for Marketing/Media and/or Insurance.
• Proven track record in delivering Procurement value.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders leadership.
• Experience working with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing activities and provide project-level risk assessments.
• Define project scope and objectives with sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Build supplier relationships and guide contract management activities.
• Coordinate buyers across geographies on RFX and risk mitigation tasks.
• Coach buyers on negotiation, analyses, and strategy execution with stakeholders.
• Influence SteerCo decisions and align with global/local category goals.
