ING Nederland is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead global procurement initiatives within the Technology category. You will drive strategic sourcing, negotiate complex contracts, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across the organization.

The role requires deep banking domain knowledge, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead multi-region teams in a transformational program. A hybrid work model and competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement at tactical/strategic level in international financial services
• 2+ years coaching procurement colleagues
• 5+ years in strategic contract sourcing, project management, negotiations in Technology
• Experience leading large-scale procurement programs for banking
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance and trends

Responsabilités

• Identify business needs, category specifications and requirements
• Advise category managers on category strategies and improvements
• Execute complex sourcing initiatives and projects; advise senior stakeholders; manage global projects
• Lead cross-team sourcing & category management experts
• Coach buyers on negotiation and analyses
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions; manage performance and people
