Job summary

ING is seeking a Sourcing & Category Manager Professional Services to own the Source-to-Contract lifecycle for professional services. You will lead category and sourcing strategy, run RFXs, negotiate with international providers, and drive supplier onboarding and risk control.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and sourcing for professional services.
• Ability to define category plans and provide strategic advice.
• Skilled in leading international negotiations and supplier selection.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and specifications for PS categories.
• Lead sourcing events, RFX management and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier onboarding and risk; ensure compliance and governance.
