Job summary

ING is seeking a Sourcing and Category Expert for Infrastructure Software within Group Technology Procurement. You will create sourcing execution approaches, drive results across global spend categories, and manage strategic vendor contracts.

Lead negotiations, align with stakeholders, and deliver value on a global scale in a dynamic, compliant finance environment. You will work with offshore teams, leverage market trends, and shape ING’s software procurement strategy across borders.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Procurement at a strategic level in an international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and vendor requirements to shape vendor plans.
• Define global and local sourcing needs and manage sourcing events (RFX).
• Lead negotiations for major scope changes and renewals with strategic vendors.
• Execute complex sourcing projects and advise senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies with business involvement.
