Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in a similar role within an insurer or bank.
• Strong business partner with executive-level credibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management across organisational levels.
• English proficiency is essential for collaboration with ING Bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership with ING Bank and achieve shared objectives.
• Monitor the ING portfolio performance using data-driven insights.
• Provide leadership to the ING Insurance Business Team (4 specialists).
• Translate ING Bank input into a clear commercial strategy for NN.
• Ensure contractual agreements are monitored and communicated.
• Collaborate with NN teams across Product, Pricing & Risk, Customer Contact & Claims, IT, SI Delegated Authority.
