Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering with at least five years in a leadership role within a global, high-growth technology.

• Drive for results with innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact SE efforts across EMEA engaging executives throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery, solution design, executive briefings, demonstrations, and POC engagements.
• Drive AI-led demos and value engineering within the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design pipeline generation activities for the Strategic segment.
• Leverage Voice of Customer insights to connect outcomes to prospect priorities.
• Demonstrate executive alignment with Partner and Channel resources for joint opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to feed roadmap input from the field.
