Job summary

Cape.io in Amsterdam is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge client needs and technical solutions within our Creative Automation platform. You will translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans and partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure a flawless client experience.

You'll bring 3–4 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of paid social, programmatic display, and DSPs, and fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a similar mid-level role, ideally within a digital marketing SaaS company or on the ad operations side of a media agency.
• Strong background in paid social, programmatic display, and/or OLV buying.
• Fluency in Spanish and English and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the creative and media landscape to ensure our technical solutions align with the broader ecosystem.
• Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the product and delivery teams.
• Design solutions that balance immediate client needs with long-term platform stability and scalability.
• Partner with sales and service delivery to ensure a flawless transition for new clients and ongoing success.
