• Native-level German; full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative strategy for paid social channels.
• Translate research into testable creative angles and concepts.
• Write clear, hook-first briefs for creators and designers.
• Run a structured creative testing cadence.
• Identify and scale winning creative angles across formats.
• Maintain and evolve the brand narrative and tone of voice.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and agencies.
