Job summary

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V in Amsterdam seeks a Programmatic Consultant Global to drive campaign implementation and optimization across DSPs while collaborating with the Programmatic Lead and client teams.

You will design smart media plans, set up test & learn roadmaps, monitor campaigns for efficiency, analyze performance across DSPs, and build strong client relationships to grow outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience at a marketing agency or on the programmatic demand or supply side.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs) and the European media market.
• Advise clients on programmatic campaigns and understand the value of cross-channel marketing.
• Work accurately with a strong eye for quality and detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Confidently communicate and articulate the benefits of Publicis Groupe solutions.

Responsibilities

• Smart media planning: Develop media plans aligned with client KPIs and contribute to optimal commercial results.
• Test & Learn: Set up test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurement plans.
• Operational excellence: Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns, seeking smarter, more efficient workflows (incl. automation).
• Analysis & reporting: Analyze campaign performance across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) and translate results into insights.
• Building relationships: Maintain close contact with internal teams and clients, and build strong, reliable relationships.
