Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a similar mid-level role in a digital marketing SaaS or ad ops.
• Strong background in paid social, programmatic display, and/or OLV buying.
• Proficient with DSPs such as GMP, Amazon, Adform, The Trade Desk.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about market shifts and niche specialization.
• Excellent presentation and long-term client relationship skills.
