Job summary

Atos seeks a seasoned Solution Manager to lead end-to-end bid proposals, shaping high-value, complex IT solutions for major customers. You will work with stakeholders across business and technology domains to translate priorities into compelling, deliverable offerings.

You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive competitive proposals, and ensure alignment with costs, timelines, and strategic objectives. Willingness to travel is expected, with Dutch language skills preferred at C1 level.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Proven management and leadership experience, preferably within a large international organization.
• Excellent presentation, communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer priorities and translate into Atos solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and map to Atos portfolio solutions.
• Build and manage relationships from operational level to CxO.
• Present and negotiate solutions with customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Define and manage solution requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Develop solution cost models aligned with commercial needs.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and automation as business enablers.
