Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, and map them to ServiceNow capabilities. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.

You will translate business needs into technical user stories and detailed specs, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide best practices for ITSM, HAM, EAM, and SecOps-SIR deployments.

Qualifications

• Graduated software or electronic engineer or related certificate.
• 8+ years in Functional/Business Analyst/Process Consultant roles.
• 5+ years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• CSA certification required; ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, data imports and transform maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Document requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis between requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design functional aspects of the ServiceNow solution.
• Advise on ITIL alignment and best practices for ITSM projects.
• Translate requirements into user stories and detailed functional specs.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and coordinate testing and UAT.
• Contribute to end-user training and change management activities.
