Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer to architect and deliver enterprise-grade integrations across diverse platforms in Amsterdam. You will shape the integration blueprint, define data ownership, and ensure reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability of ingestion patterns.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, API-driven patterns, and deep CMDB/ITOM knowledge.

Qualifications

8–10 years hands-on ServiceNow integration and architecture experience.
Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and event ingestion pipelines.
Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, discovery ingestion, CI lifecycle, and event management.
Hands-on exposure to Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, vCenter, Azure.
Solid grounding in data transformation, reconciliation, and operational run support.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and MID Server.
Architect data flows and ingestion patterns across CMDB and ITOM domains.
Define data ownership rules, reconciliation logic, and data quality controls.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and provide technical guidance to developers.
Ensure security, logging, error handling, and operational run support.
