Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Senior Tactical Supply Planner Mid Tech to lead a small team and coordinate global seed supply plans. You will balance customer service, inventory, capacity and business priorities while guiding tactical decisions and improving planning processes.

The role requires driving cross-functional collaboration across Production, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams. You will apply a master’s level understanding of supply chain management, plus 6–8 years of experience, to optimize

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning/operations.
Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.
Experience with ERP, planning tools and Excel.
Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of approximately 3 Operational Supply Planners.
Identify supply risks, bottlenecks and inventory challenges and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and facilitate Tactical and Operational Seed Supply Reviews with clear follow-up actions.
Manage supply implications of new product introductions, phase-ins and phase-outs.
Monitor inventory quality and availability and coach the team.
Contribute to international supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
