Job summary

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant experience within supply chain planning, operations or a comparable environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools and Excel applications.
• The ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small team of around 3 Operational Supply Planners and coaching them.
• Identifying supply risks, capacity bottlenecks and inventory challenges, and driving solutions with Production, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Preparing and facilitating Tactical and Operational Seed Supply Reviews with clear follow-up.
• Managing supply implications of new product introductions, phase-ins and phase-outs, and ensuring planning systems are prepared accordingly.
• Monitoring inventory quality and availability and supporting decision-making on seed inventory management.
