Job summary
Enza Zaden is seeking a Senior Tactical Supply Planner Mid Tech to translate complex supply challenges into practical solutions that keep customers supplied. You will lead a cross-functional Seed Supply Team and manage tactical supply planning for the global Cucurbit portfolio, balancing customer service, inventory, capacity and business priorities.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, MBA, Engineering)
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning
- Strong analytical skills with complex data
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of around 3 Operational Supply Planners
- Identify supply risks, bottlenecks and inventory challenges; drive solutions with Production, R&D, Quality and Commercial
- Prepare and facilitate Tactical and Operational Seed Supply Reviews with alignment and clear actions
- Manage supply implications of new product introductions, phase-ins and phase-outs; ensure planning systems are prepared
