Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Senior Tactical Supply Planner Mid Tech to lead a small cross‑functional team and drive tactical supply planning for the global Cucurbit portfolio. You will translate data and constraints into informed decisions to ensure seed availability worldwide.

You will manage risks, optimize inventory and collaborate with Production, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams, while supporting continuous improvement in an international environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field is required.
6–8 years of experience in supply chain planning or similar.
Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.
Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools and Excel.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of Operational Supply Planners and coach them.
Identify supply risks, bottlenecks and inventory challenges with cross‑functional teams.
Prepare Tactical and Operational Seed Supply Reviews and drive follow‑ups.
Manage supply implications of new products, phase‑ins and phase‑outs.
Monitor inventory availability and support data‑driven decisions, contributing to improvements.
