Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Senior Tactical Supply Planner Mid Tech to lead a small team and drive tactical supply planning for the global Cucurbit portfolio. You’ll balance service levels with risks, inventories, and capacities while partnering with Production, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 6–8 years of experience, strong analytics, ERP/CP tools proficiency, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Approximately 6–8 years in supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP, planning tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Seed Supply Teams and manage tactical supply planning.
• Identify supply risks, capacity bottlenecks and inventory challenges with fitness checks.
• Prepare and facilitate Tactical and Operational Seed Supply Reviews.
• Support decision-making with data, scenarios and constraints for the portfolio.
