Job summary
Enza Zaden is seeking an Operational Supply Planner for the Leafy Team to ensure reliable seed availability worldwide. You will review supply status, identify risks, and coordinate actions with Production, Portfolio, Demand Planning, R&D, and Commercial teams to secure timely seed delivery.
You will work in Enkhuizen or Voorst, with regular travel to the other site as needed. Your role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement in a dynamic supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and risks.
- Structured, hands-on, result-driven work style with focus on quality and improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize operational supply planning for the Leafy crop group.
- Identify and resolve issues related to seed availability, quality and delivery timing.
- Prepare inputs and align with stakeholders, following up on actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Portfolio, Demand Planning, R&D, Detailed Scheduling and Commercial teams.
- Work with O9 and planning tools to assess status and risks; support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
