Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking an Operational Supply Planner to join the Leafy Team. You will blend operational planning with stakeholder collaboration, ensuring timely seed availability and quality for customers worldwide.

You will review supply plans in O9, identify risks, coordinate actions with Production, Portfolio, Demand Planning and R&D, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic seed supply environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and risks.
• Structured, hands-on, result-driven approach with focus on quality and improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder sensitivity and cross-department collaboration.
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize operational supply planning for the Leafy crop group.
• Identify and resolve issues related to seed availability, quality and delivery timing.
• Support the Seed Supply process by preparing input, aligning with stakeholders and following up on actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Portfolio, Demand Planning, R&D, Detailed Scheduling and Commercial teams.
• Work with O9 and other planning tools to assess supply chain status and risks.
• Contribute to projects related to process improvement and strategy implementation.
