Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Sea Freight Forwarding experience.
- Strong network within the Port of Rotterdam and related stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and contribute to proposals.
- Support pricing decisions with accurate data and insights.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and execution.
- Ensure transparent pricing and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and maintaining high satisfaction.
- Track and report on pricing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
