Job summary

Status Pro in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist to shape commercial proposals for international partnerships in logistics. You’ll analyze customer profiles, costs, and market data to craft pricing that is operationally viable and financially sound.

You will collaborate with Warehouse Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to compare scenarios, build pricing models, run simulations, and present results to senior stakeholders across Europe, the UK, and the United

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as logistics or warehouse pricing, supply chain or warehouse engineering, commercial calculations, tenders, solution design or logistics finance.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a team lead position.
• Experience in developing pricing models, commercial calculations and/or business cases.
• Strong financial understanding, including margins, cost structures, EBITDA, investments, ROI and payback periods.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
• A solid understanding of logistics, supply chain and operational processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into commercially viable solutions.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is considered a strong advantage but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial proposals behind new and existing customer partnerships, translating customer profiles and logistics data into viable pricing.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to analyse scenarios and determine the right approach for each customer.
• Build pricing models and simulations, turn complex data into convincing proposals, and monitor market rates and trends to improve pricing processes.
