Job summary

SMART Photonics is hiring a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Production and Operations teams. You will proactively source and headhunt talent within the Dutch high-tech ecosystem, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews to support fast-scale growth.

You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and join an international, driven team on-site with some remote flexibility. 2–3 years in operational recruitment and fluency in English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operational recruitment, preferably Brainport region.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines for Operations and Production in semiconductors.
• Ownership and solution-driven attitude.
• Strong network within the Dutch semiconductor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Production and Operations teams.
• Proactively source and headhunt talent within the Dutch high-tech ecosystem.
• Build talent pipelines and support direct hiring strategy.
• Coordinate interview processes and drive hiring decisions.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding.
