Job summary

SMART Photonics is expanding its Recruitment team and looking for a Recruiter to scale our Production and Operations talent. In this role you will own end-to-end recruitment for cleanroom and operations roles, working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to drive fast, effective hiring.

You will proactively source candidates in the Dutch high-tech ecosystem and build strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for operational roles in Production and Operations.
• Deliver a fast, engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and headhunt talent within the Dutch high-tech ecosystem.
• Build talent pipelines and support direct hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate interview processes and drive hiring decisions.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding.
