Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, delivery, and adoption of complex cross-functional programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, logistics, customer service, marketing, SSO, finance, markets) and influence stakeholders to foster collaboration, speed, and accountability.
• Track progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs; report regularly to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve strategic, operational, and technical issues proactively and autonomously.
• Enable decision-making through data-driven insights and clear communication.
